The portal can be accessed by parents and teachers alike via links in the school or district website or by invitation only. The teachers post their available schedule into the portal. Parents may now go to the online parent teacher scheduler to register and book available conference times, retrieve current or previous schedules, and access conference associated documents.

Best for Parents
Parents have 24/7 access to view and book from the live available schedule for teacher conferences. Parents can arrange their schedule to book siblings at consecutive times. Parents can return to the portal to check their current appointments, check any previous conference schedule details and access conference specific notes and documents. Parents receive email confirmations and reminders on a schedule determined by the school. These reminder emails can automatically load the conference schedule into the parents Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.

Best for Teachers
Teachers are freed from most all the administrative work of setting up schedules and dealing with phone calls to manage their parent teacher conferences. Teachers simply post their available conference schedule online. Parents fill the teachers schedule without the hassle of phone calls. Rescheduling or cancelations by parents are by rules only and are immediately reflected in the live schedule. Teachers may receive email or phone text alerts for reschedules or cancelations. Teachers may create templates and record important information and topics discussed at during the conference. These conference notes may be available for printing.
