How it Works
Focused on K-12 advising, EZappt supplies an online advising portal for the school or district. The portal can be accessed by parents and teachers alike via links in the school or district website directly, or by invitation only. Teachers post their available schedule into the portal. Parents may now go to the online parent teacher scheduler to register and book available conference times, retrieve current or previous schedules, and access conference associated documents.
Best for Parents
Parents have 24/7 access to view and book from the live available schedule. Parents may book siblings at consecutive times. Parents can return to the portal to check their current appointments, check any previous conference schedule details, access conference specific notes, documents, and follow up recommendations. Parents receive email confirmations and reminders. These reminder emails can automatically load the conference schedule into the parents Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.

Best for Teachers
Teachers are freed from dealing with phone calls to manage parent teacher conferences. Rescheduling or cancelations by teachers or parents trigger an immediate alert message to both parties. Messages may be sent via email or SMS text messages. During the encounter teachers may create templates and record important information and follow up recommendations. These conference notes may be available for immediate printing and parents may access them later through the portal.
Best for Administrators
Now school and district administrators have a place to go to monitor and manage parent teacher conferences throughout their organization. Administrators can rapidly review the live and historical advising activity throughout their school or district. Role based security allows school and district personnel to access all the information they need. Administrative users may create roles, assign users to a role, and manage individual view and edit rights.
